Welcome to Street Workout, a website dedicated to exercise and workout regimen videos that mostly don't require any weights. These are called free hand exercises. Many of these exercises can be performed without a gym, like at your local park or even your backyard. We will be showing you how to get the most out of your own bodyweight, the most valuable weight you have. I will have videos featuring weighted exercises but I will try and focus on the ones without. You will also never see videos of drug enhanced athletes. Steroids don't make an athlete fit or healthy, they make them big. Big is not always healthy and especially isn't healthy if gained by illegal means. This site will be updated as often as possible so bookmark if you like what you see. Also check out some of the supplements below from Bodybuilding.com, especially the Bodybuilding.com's TOP 50 selling products! It a good list and a great starting point to adding supplements to your workout. I have personally used all the supplements I post here on my site, so I happily recommend them.
Happenings of the Day
Hey new world. I updated new videos in the Diet/Recipe Section as well as the Fitness/Nutrition Discussion. R.I.P. to the greatest entertainer to live, Michael Jackson. You will be missed. I'm still taking tips and feedback on the new Diet/Recipe Section. I have used some of the recipes and been pleased with the results I got. If you still want to see even more videos and articles, go to the Street Workout Blog, all completely different material. That above is just a few inspirational words that I felt needed to be posted. If you have any other comments and aren't at the Street Workout Blog yet, email me personally at admin@streetworkout.com and I will return your correspondence.
Supplement of the Month
Welcome to the supplement of the month. It's simply a section of a featured supplement that I have either used or am currently using and had great results from that use. These supplements are just recommendations from me based on the gains or losses and goals met by myself. These are more than product endorsements. These are actual products I like whether you buy them here or elsewhere. For more this suggested supplement, go to The Supplements Section of Street Workout. I am always on the hunt for a great protein. This is actually an oldie but a goodie for me. This is a line of supplements that most probably know nothing about. Who do I speak of you say? Kaizen I swiftly answer. And the supplement that I speak of specifically is Kaizen's 100% Whey Protein. It's a combination of a Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Concentrate and Hydrolysate that gives you 23 grams of protein, 1 gram of fat, and only 2 grams of carbs per serving. It's a good tasting easy to mix product that goes for a super reasonable price of about $20 bucks. I don't know if you guys have gotten a feel for me yet, but price does matter in my judgements of these products because it matters to everyone else living in the real world. This is a very good protein for a great price. Feel free to research it and the company.
This is the Extreme Video Of the Day. I will rotate this video about every other day so that everyone gets a chance to see it. This may include workout videos as well as sport footage of people doing extreme acts. Feel free to leave me feedback at admin@streetworkout.com or comment at the Street Workout Blog. The extreme video of the day is someone taking on the beast. By beast I do mean the "beast". Many people can tell you that kettlebells seem even heavier than their stated weight. So imagine someone pressing a 106 Lbs. kettlebell. Now picture them flipping it as if it was a 35 pounder. This guy shows some basic brute force. I would say don't try at your own risk, and enjoy the video.
