When you see this video below, that will be the question. These are core exercises that are beyond what may be considered sane. This guy shows some workouts that I can’t honestly recommend. They are hardcore, so hardcore, they may not be beneficial. Balancing on 2 and 3 swiss balls to do pushups, involves so much balance and stability work, there probably is no benefit chest wise gained. I’m also sure that these are tricks that this guy does and have compiled over the years as being a fitness trainer. I seriously doubt these are actually in his workout regimen. I usually say try some of these and add what you need to your workout. Today, I will just say stay safe. Oh, one more thing, this is part #1 of this 2 part series.
