Thugs Need Hugs and 6 Pack Abs?

Well, according to this video the answer is yes. These guys are part of the Ruff Ryder’s Workout Crew and specialize in what they call the Thug Workout. It’s a bunch of bodyweight exercises done in local parks by self proclaimed thugs. Although the language can get rough in these videos, these guys have some sound ideals when it come to free hand exercises. Except for a lack of leg exercises, this would almost be considered a comprehensive collection of calisthenic exercises. If you can get beyond the rough exterior of this video, you can get some great is deas that will benefit anyone wanting to start a home fitness program.

Only $5 For Total Body Fitness?

Well, ask a boxer and they might tell you yes. Of the many gimmick machines that promise quick fitness and a 6 pack set of abs in 2 minutes, the one tool that seems to cost the least, gets overlooked the most, and just may work the best, is a $5 jump rope. It’s a staple in boxers regimens and one hell of a cardio workout. It incorporates speed, hand to eye coordination, rhythm, and endurance. All qualities athlete would strive for. Did I mention the 5 buck thing? Anyway, I been experimenting with jump rope as of late and love it. I would recommend anyone to try this beneficial exercises for a couple of months and see what it does for you. There are more videos here if you further interested. Enjoy.
