One of the most frequent comments I get on Street Workout.Com is that some of my viewers don’t think they are up to the skill level of the individuals in these videos. I attempt to post videos that are inclusive to all skill levels and try to especially accommodate new and returning athletes. Chin-ups and pull-ups are foundation exercises to a bodyweight workout, but some just haven’t arrived to that point yet. This video will hopefully get you working towards that goal.
