This video is being posted here because I learned something watching it. Street Workout and the Street Workout Blog offer more than just videos of people working out. Squatting is one of those exercises that mostly everyone has done at some point and think they know how to do it perfectly. However, it’s an exercise that requires strict form and technique, and many don’t do it right. This video below is a wonderful instructional video on how to do a basic squat. Well if you aren’t you may need to go to the doctor for some pills of some sort. This has to be one of the most stunning sports to watch that has come into existence in that last decade. The incredible thing is it remains a French phenomenon. Others areas of the world have tried this urban sport, but have been unable to match the height (literally) or skill levels that the French have taken this to. This video is a masterpiece of work done by various Parkour veterans displaying some breath taking jumps and tricks. Enjoy.
Well I consider myself to be a strong fit person, but not fit enough to call these Strongman Competitors fluff. These guys really are some of the strongest athletes on the planet, and this video is a great example way. This video appears to be a fitness class of a light workout for the rigorous training regimen Strongmen Competitors endure. The cool thing is many of these exercises can easily be incorporated into a normal workout. Kettlebell lifting, barrel lifts and weighted drags are all doable in a home, backyard like setting. Tornado’s are known as one of nature’s most naturally destructive phenomenons. They are quick, massive, intense, and incredible to see. The tornado ball exercise is named this because of it’s many similar attributes. It’s fast, controlled, frantic movements are an event to watch. Frequently used by boxer and other sports requiring a solid core, the tornado ball exercises many areas beside just the abdominals. It works the obliques, back, hips and improves ones overall coordination. This video is of a guy doing multiple directional reps and really keeping lots of intensity in his workout.
