Plyometrics, What Is It And Why Do I Need It?

Plyometrics is defined as an explosive element added to an exercise to gain an different or additional results. Why do you need it? You need it because it’s a technique of exercise used only in sports such as football, baseball, basketball, boxing, hockey, wrestling, martial arts, swimming, running, and soccer. There are a few more but I think you get the point. This video is an example of how the these elements can be utilized for greater more explosive power, especially on a big jump, swing, punch or run.
