This is the second part to this really informative series. These videos have some incredibly useful tips on how to avoid pitfalls that seem to plague so many people in todays society. Another great thing is that these tips are in the category of “do’able”. These aren’t quality of life changing ideals. Eat breakfast, walk, move, and don’t eat before bedtime. These are things anyone can do, and thats exactly what eveyone is looking for. The American dream, lots of results with very little work. Enjoy.
