Bodyweight workouts and free hand routines are usually great starting points for anyone trying to achieve better health and fitness. However, many forget that this concept can be taken to a level of fitness that is beyond that of an average fit person. Someone who has spectacular muscle development and has already realized many goals and just want a simple change in routines can greatly benefit from bodyweight workouts. These are some of the finalizing exercises for a bodyweight routine, leading into a weight regimen. For myself, I have lifted weights for years, and wasn’t able to get my body past a certain threshold until incorporating a bodyweight routine. This video is a fine example of this philosophy (with a few weighted exercises because these aren’t beginner workouts) and how an accomplished athlete can still utilize this. Enjoy.
