Push-Ups, The Perfect Chest Exercise?
This is a matter of opinion, but my mind says yes. It can be said by many that without a weighted regimen the chest will only grow so much. This is true, but factoring in the convenience and the variations of the push-up, this to me, outweighs anything that can accomplished by weights. Please don’t get me wrong, I lift weights often, but prefer push-ups any day of the week to any type of bench press. I find the bench press actually not that effective for isolating the chest whereas there are so many push-ups available to isolate specific areas, this makes push-ups better. This is just my 2 cents on this, but it is my blog and I am the King!!! Now that I’m done having my dictatorship moment, enjoy the video.




This is actually very informative. I have been doing push-ups for years but never thought about the elbow flaring issue!
