Strength Training Using Your Bodyweight, Is It Possible?
Posted in Core Training, Back Workouts on the October 22, 2007
Strength training is something usually thought of exclusively as weight training. Any weightlifter will quickly argue this point to anyone in earshot willing to entertain this thought. However, there are a select few bodyweight exercises that will develop strength at an unmeasurable rate. Pull-ups are one of those exercises. Ask any weightlifter who can bench press 300+lbs, “how many pull-ups can you do?” Some if not many won’t be able to ten. Does this make sense? Now consider the strength to perform a one handed pull-up. Need I say any more? Watch the video.

Haha, that’s nuts!
The gym isn’t the only place we can gain strength. I use to do a lot of parkour. I’ll tell you that’s one way to get a good core.
Big respect to those who use the environment around us to workout!
