Well, even though this is a broad question, one of the safest things to do in the winter is not go outside. Exercise in the winter has been deemed by many doctors as just a risk due to the cold air on the lungs. So that leave us with an indoor workout that test the body like jogging but without the treadmill. How about jumping rope. Everyone thats a regular reader of mine know this is my favorite cardio exercise at this moment. Along with being a free workout ($5 bucks for the rope), it’s an exercise that is utilized by some of the best athletes in the world. It’s a workout that is worth taking the time to perfect.
