Well do you? There is often a debate on whats the best exercise to build a better upper body. However there is little debate on the most effective workout for the lower body. By far, the most effective way of gaining strength and size in the lower body is the squat. One thing many don’t know about the squat is that it can be utilized without weights and still produce the gains sought by many.
