In this day and age where everybody wants everything yesterday, fitness is no different. We all want the most results with the least amount of work. However, in this ideal of doing less, I would never personally think of exercising on my car as a factor of saving time or money. Well, it apparently doesn’t seem to be an issue for this gentleman in this video below. Not only does he do a car workout, but also a bike workout as well, with no bike riding! Although I’m making fun of this a bit, he does demonstrate some interesting techniques and displays some creative ideas on executing bodyweight workouts.
