Although this issue really has been laid to rest by psychologist, this is often a question asked by many people outside of prison lifestyle. According to studies, large muscle exercise not only should be a necessity for everyone, it’s especially helpful for incarcerated individuals. It allows those locked up to focus unused energy into positive outlets and relieve stress from the day to day issues that arise from being in prison. This video is only a part of a documentary feature, on a prison weightlifting competition and the lives of it’s competitors. No exercises to learn today, just some life lessons.
