Many individuals starting out in fitness go into it with the best mindset. But this mindset can be an hindering element when discretion is ignored for accolades. A perfect example of this twisted train of thought would be the fine gentleman in the video below. Besides doing exercise for self improvement, he decided to do push-ups of four swissballs. Did he get a great workout? Was he able to take this feat and make it into a bodybuilding phenomenon? The answer to all is an unquestionable no!
