Well, always give thanks and enjoy family. This time of the year in notorious for causing dieters around the world to fail, give up and run for retreat. It doesn’t have to be that way. One day will not make a diet go wrong, but changing ones mind state will. The video below is a reverse list a what to do if you want to gain weight over these treacherous holidays. This list is also funny because these are the things most people do and always say, “I’ll make up for as a New Years resolution”. Has anyone every really kept a New Years resolution? Anyone?
