No Thanks For Thanksgiving?

Well, always give thanks and enjoy family. This time of the year in notorious for causing dieters around the world to fail, give up and run for retreat. It doesn’t have to be that way. One day will not make a diet go wrong, but changing ones mind state will. The video below is a reverse list a what to do if you want to gain weight over these treacherous holidays. This list is also funny because these are the things most people do and always say, “I’ll make up for as a New Years resolution”. Has anyone every really kept a New Years resolution? Anyone? Most people can, a few times, but probably not as well as this guy. This is truly the essence of Street Workout and what it stands for. This is a guy out in the park, taking full advantage of a beautiful really getting an extreme routine done. These dips are advanced, hell, these are more like acrobatic than anything. The strength level needed to perform these skills is tremendous. He get arms, stomach, shoulders, and strengthens his entire core. Give this video a watch and use it as inspiration on how fitness can be taken to a good extreme.

With steroids being so prevalent in professional sports and those sports figures being so idolized by the youth today, the answer to the question is probably farther than you think. It’s almost common knowledge that steroids is a major factor in bodybuilding, but sports like tennis, baseball, and running! Well for most, if it was that easy, the entire world would be underwear models, and that standard of beauty wouldn’t exist. Since we all live in the here and now (reality), it gets a little tougher to get that perfect body. This exercise however is a great start towards a change that could get you is much better shape. This video features a burpee variation that has eight counts of movement all in one repetition. This trainer makes this look so easy when we all know how challenging it really is. The good thing is that this will work so much of the body, including the core, chest legs and your cardiovascular system. Overall this looks worth trying and could be interesting if added to your routine. Enjoy.

When it is apparently your first time on a treadmill and your relative/friend decides to play practical jokes. How about we do our best impression of Chef Emeral and kick this up a notch by video taping it. Let’s see, funny event and I got it on video, what else should I do.
