29 Minutes Of Hell With Bas Rutten, Can you Last?

Bas Rutten is known throughout the world for his tough physical antics inside the the Mixed Martial Arts ring, but did you know his workouts match that same level of toughness and intensity? He has produced a fitness, Martial Arts instructional video that have become somewhat of a folklore for it’s ridiculously challenging exercises. This video is just an example of a guy trying to reproduce one of these famous sessions. It’s been dubbed 29 minutes of hell. Ya think it’s hard, duhhhh. I would recommend that this be done in stages rather than trying the whole workout. Do it in increments that won’t have you calling EMT to put you in the ICU, and that’s just FYI. Enjoy.
