Mind And Body Connection, Does It Matter In Fitness?

Yes, of course. We all know that you must have a mind to muscle connection to actually have gains, but did you know with a troubled mind will come illness? Scientist are really now just starting to understand just how controlling the mind is over the entire body. This video goes into depth in discussing the concept the mind being a source in creating illness. It also speaks on ancient people and their concepts of “dis-ease”. If this video doesn’t move you to do anything else but, take it easy and have a relaxed day to yourself, it has done it’s job. I usually finish my articles with a “work hard”, but for this, just take it easy and rest. That is as important as working out.
