This is probably the oldest, most frequently done, and maybe easiest exercise to do, ever. It’s prescribed by doctors all over the world yet many people dread doing it. For those of you who haven’t figured it out yet, of course it’s walking. Walking is considered the healthiest, safest, most generally therapeutic exercise ever done. It adds our heart, helps regulates our digestion, and helps circulation throughout the body. This video is from Kevin Gianni, a fitness trainer and the maker of a fitness discussion video series.
