I have run across hundreds of videos all claiming that 5, 6, 8 minute abs are a possibility if you try out some new system or buy some DVD. The reality is, without a almost perfect diet, great genetics or workout regimen of the Gods, it’s not gonna happen. These is no exercise that will ever give you a six pack of abs unless you have extremely low body fat. There also is no way to reduce stomach fat without losing total body fat. Once those facts are digested, the rest is plain reasoning. Ab workouts do work in combination with diet and cardio. With all that being said, I do have a great video of a home ab workout that has some pretty good and innovative exercises only using a couch. So, eat right, run on a treadmill, and then do your ab routine. Enjoy.
