How Much Is Too Much?

With exercise, this is an age old question. When is too much, too much? When it stops benefiting the person working out and becomes detrimental. When someone works themselves into an ill state. Working out is addictive and can become an easy obsession. The video in this feature however is not indicative of this negative behavior. It is just simply a hardcore workout. There is a fine line, but this isn’t bad. This is just good old fashion hard work, which dispensed properly never really hurt anyone. Enjoy this discussion and draw your own conclusions.
