Of course it is, at any age. I personally believe that first steps of fitness should be at home. Once a routine is worked out and confidence is built up, that is time to venture to a gym. Also when your home may not have all the item you need for your workouts. It is very possible to outgrow your gym, so of course it’s possible to outgrow home workouts. Especially when heavy weights become a need. In this video, Jeff Wooten demonstrates a very good variety of exercises from beginner movements to advance workouts. I really liked the pistol with the assistance of a wall. This is an extremely difficult exercise that intimidates many, but Jeff’s solution is excellent.
