(KISS) Keep It Simple Stupid!!

Posted in Fitness Discussions on the January 13, 2008

This is another priceless installment from Steve Turano. These videos are so informative yet they are often passed over for videos that have steroid monster guys bench pressing three thousand pounds for 20 reps. It is the quality that is packs into these two minute videos that astounds me. They are precise, and well presented in a format that anyone of any skill level can appreciate. This installment is actually for a friend asking about the focus on young athletes and how they can refine their workouts to reach optimum results. To this I say keep it simple. This video explains this concept well and really makes you understand that the exercises that you have always known do work. That there is a pyramid of exercise, diet and rest, and that all three must be met in order to reach fitness goal. Enjoy the video and look forward to more.

This is the second video in the workout series of Rhadi Ferguson. He is a world champion Judo martial artist and a strength and conditioning specialist. He also believes in home workouts and that fitness can be achieved by ones self needing no outside facilities or equipment. Rhadi lifts weights as every world class athlete does, but believes that goals on any level can be reached using the power of the mind, no matter your circumstances. Enjoy this quick home video and see simplicity utilized to it’s best.
