This is the second video in the workout series of Rhadi Ferguson. He is a world champion Judo martial artist and a strength and conditioning specialist. He also believes in home workouts and that fitness can be achieved by ones self needing no outside facilities or equipment. Rhadi lifts weights as every world class athlete does, but believes that goals on any level can be reached using the power of the mind, no matter your circumstances. Enjoy this quick home video and see simplicity utilized to it’s best.
