Most real workout enthusiast will almost always say “hell yeah”. My question would be “are you ready for a Gym Jones circuit workouts”? That may change the response or cause a sudden urgent situation to come up requiring their immediate attendance (yeah right!). These guys probably are the best known hardcore circuit workout crew on the internet. This video is a perfect example of just one aspect of their intensity and dedication to what it is they do. Enjoy the video and try (if tough enough) to reproduce this workout. Have a AED machine close by please.

Those Kettlebell Swings look wrong - too much bending with the back and not the hips and knees? Am I right?
it is a nice post…..keep it up….
Wow … Great Circuit Workout. Hope to see more of these workouts.
sorry mike.. your wrong im afraid kettlebell swings are a lower back / hip thrust worker….there should be minimal effort from the legs and they should only be bent slightly just to take stress off of knees, bend forward at the waist letting the bell go between the legs and slightly behind if you can manage it, then explode FROM THE HIPS and the momentum from the thrust should force the bell up to no higher than shoulder hieght if it is going higher you need more weight, it isnt a leg or arm exercise! its the snap of the hips that creates the force hence why very popular with wrestlers and grapplers …like me !
