Of all the discussion videos that I post, the most comprehensive would have to belong to Steve Turano. His videos are packed full of information like a overfilled coffee bag. He always manages to get straight to the point, no filler or chaser. The videos almost never exceed two minutes. I have posted so many of these videos that pople probably think we are affiliated with each other. Well today won’t be any different. Steve is offering a free weight loss seminar in Clearwater Florida on February 26th, 2008. This video gives the times and the place. It is completely free and open to the public.
