Monkeying Around the Monkey Bars.
I haven’t just posted exercises on my blog for a long time. This blog is where I usually post discussions or documentaries for the most part. Today however, I will post some pull-ups. That’s right, some pull-ups. They are a bit different and I will be giving these a try this summer. I have done some variations close to these, but these are still unique. These have a Ninja Warrior feel to them, if you are familiar with the show. The stabilizing muscles are what really come into play here. Try these out with me and leave your comments on how you like them. If these are really useful, I will post more of them. Enjoy.




Interesting pull up exercise. I’m always looking for new ways to do exercises that can be used in high intensity interval training programs. This could definitely be incorporated into a program for those that have a park nearby.
