Of all the discussion videos that I post, the most comprehensive would have to belong to Steve Turano. His videos are packed full of information like a overfilled coffee bag. He always manages to get straight to the point, no filler or chaser. The videos almost never exceed two minutes. I have posted so many of these videos that pople probably think we are affiliated with each other. Well today won’t be any different. Steve is offering a free weight loss seminar in Clearwater Florida on February 26th, 2008. This video gives the times and the place. It is completely free and open to the public. Why watch the two minute videos when you can have the real thing. Enjoy!
Sandbagging is defined as to intimidate of trick into a position less than previously desirable. In workout terms, it’s often used as a description of a lazy person. In this video of sandbag exercises, there is nothing tricky or lazy about it. It is a hardcore, full body, endurance testing workout. Anyone not understanding the techniques of a sandbag workout will definitely need to see this video. It will make you want to incorporate this age old tool into your workout. My advise would be to introduce pieces of this workout into your routine slowly and progressively. Enjoy the workout and push it to the limit.
Most real workout enthusiast will almost always say “hell yeah”. My question would be “are you ready for a Gym Jones circuit workouts”? That may change the response or cause a sudden urgent situation to come up requiring their immediate attendance (yeah right!). These guys probably are the best known hardcore circuit workout crew on the internet. This video is a perfect example of just one aspect of their intensity and dedication to what it is they do. Enjoy the video and try (if tough enough) to reproduce this workout. Have a AED machine close by please.
This is a very informative video from Mr. Mercola at Mercola.Com. This video challenges the belief that all wheat bread is the naturally better than all other breads and that it’s inherently healthier. The video does an excellent job explaining that corn syrup (in it’s various forms) should not be an ingredient in your bread and is something not safe to really consume at all. Overall this video offers good advise and will leave you more informed when you take that trip to the grocery store. Enjoy.
