I have posted many jump rope videos on this blog and at Streetworkout.Com. I have also posted comedy videos as well. I can’t quite figure out whether this video is serious or not. It should first be said, this gentleman is great at what he does. My question is what the hell is he doing? Is he doing a jump rope routine or a dancing routine with a jump rope in his hands? Which ever he is doing, he is burning lots of calories and getting his heart rate up. I’m just wondering should this regimen be judged by a Double Dutch Committee or Danny Terio. Whether this video is serious or not, it is a spectacle, so watch and enjoy.
