Is That Park Workout All You Need For Fitness?

Yes and no. To have general fitness and to improve ones health, yes, a park workout will do you just fine. To take the body and your fitness to that next level, you will need to go to a gym or incorporate resistance at a greater force than your bodyweight. The thing is, there is so much you can do to workout at the park that it sometimes outweighs the positives of the gym.
