Bigorexia Documentary
There are some incredible people in the world that fear really strange things. I thought I had heard of all the phobias that exist, until now. And the funny thing is that I know so many people that suffer from this syndrome. It is called Bigorexia (if this is a legitamate term because I couldn’t find it anywhere). This is where you fer that you are not muscular enough and don’t actually see yourself in your proper proportions. To be honest, as humans, we don’t see ourselves in complete fashion. We constantly say things like, “if I could loose this inch here or gain some muscle here”. So to some extent we are never satisfied, but the guy in this video takes this concept to a whole other level. Watch and learn. Also be a bit more excepting of your body type, but always work for improvement.

Great blog you have here and excellent post.
Haha.. that strikes home for me.
Before weight training, I was about 120 pounds and quite skinny. I’m now at around 160 and considerably more muscular - however, when I look in the mirror, despite many people telling me the contrary, I still see my old self occasionally.

I think anyone who works out thinks they could have more muscle. I know people that say “I don’t want any more muscle, I have too much.” But looking at them they are very fragile…So, I came to the conclusion that they are just lazy!
