A Reason To Keep Smoking??

Posted in Fitness Discussions on the February 26, 2009

The reason why I so enjoy Dr. Mercola from www.mercola.com is because he is a doctor that goes against the grain. As a matter of fact, he goes against it so much that his direction has become a grain pattern itself. He bucks the medical industry about as much as a Michael Moore documentary. The amazing thing is you get the feel from the great doctor that this outlaw spirit is not his intention, but merely a man trying to educate people in a manner in which common folks can understand. This is why I will always post his videos here. It also helps when you have titles like “Why I Recommend to NOT Stop Smoking!”. With headlines like those I will always have viewers.

Is Stevia The New Cure All?

Posted in Fitness Discussions on the February 18, 2009

I had initially heard of Stevia some time back as the new mega sweetener that had no calories, fat, side effects or long term harms on the body. Where I apparently was left out the loop was in it’s healing qualities. I am now seeing tons of information speaking of it as a fat burner and a miracle water that has been stated to cure numerous ailments. Although I must admit the gentleman in the first video seems a bit strange, he was not the only one making this extreme claim. I posted a couple of videos to let you get a feel for the rumble of the pavement that’s quickly gaining momentum into a full fledged fad. Do your own research and if you hear something different, leave a comment or an opposing view video link.
