Got Your Climbing Shoes On This Winter?
Going along with the theme that I have on the main Street Workout Site today, I’m doing something that I’m probably overdue. Keeping it simple and giving some great exercises that don’t require a gym membership, personal trainer, or 15 easy payments of $199.99, home fitness equipment. How about some old fashion mountain climbers? For those who don’t remember this exercises, just think back from middle school to high school when the gym coach would yell out for everyone to get down and start doing these. Think about the collective sighs of 25 teenagers all dreading this famous will breaking exercise. Although it’s not quite as bad as I remember them, they are still a challenge non the less.
