Well, let’s first be real honest here. If you are going to the Caribbean in these financial times and this time of the year isn’t a problem, then getting your groove on shouldn’t be an issue for you. As for the rest of us “Joe Plumbers”, we would really have to make that a trip of a life time. Exercise might not be the foremost thought in your mind with such beautiful surroundings, but it should. When I went on a cruise, I still managed to get lots of exercise along with eating almost every 2 hours. I actually lost weight on this trip. This video contains some common exercises, but the scenery is enough to make this watch worthy.
