How To Rip Your Chest To Shreds At Home
One of the most fundamental parts of the male workout is the pushup. The pushup is probably the most widely performed exercise done worldwide, but this leave many thinking there has to be more exercises to take ones chest to the next level. This video is a perfect example of the many exercises that can be done without the use of a gym or a ton of weights. Personal trainer to the stars, Jeff Cavaliere, does an inspiring chest routine that will define, and more importantly build the entire chest, from top to bottom. I have personally added a few of these exercises to my routine, my favorite being the standing one arm cable chest flies. Overall, this video will help you get ideas on new techniques and angles in which you can attack that chest and get the results that many have been seeking and haven’t yet accomplished. Enjoy the video and learn something new!

These techniques look insane. I actually just did my chest and shoulders with P90X yesterday and used some of the in the mix. Worked out great.
Got a crazy good pump from this workout in the gym. The plyo med ball pushups are hard as hell but I love them. They really challenge you to not only build your chest up but your whole core as well.
Wow I’ll give this a try! Thanks!
The one with the ball alternating hands seems veeerrrrryyyy hard…

Good video. You can get really creative in working all parts of your body for improving power, muscular endurance, and body composition; however, to build strength, there is no substitute for the bench press. This structural exercise is important for axial loading just like the squat and deadlift are. It should be included in your workout regimen once every two weeks to maintain or increase strength.
