For Those Who Doubt That Women Can Do Bodyweight Workouts….
With the many cultures of fitness that are prominent today, sometimes here at Street Workout we have to remember to take it back to the essence of what Street Workout originally meant. This ideal of a full body workout without the need of a gym that can be done anywhere at any time is our goal we try to extend to the world. With that being said, sometimes this message fails to reach a specific population of our audience. Women! They tend to believe that this workout philosophy doesn’t work for the female anatomy. Of course that is completely wrong, but another incorrect believe is that the workouts are too hard for them to do. This too is amiss. Not only can women do bodyweight workouts, but this video is the perfect example of a woman that takes our doctrine and runs with it. She does some exercises that to me some time to work up to, so watch and learn ladies. You to can benefit from bodyweight exercises just like men. Enjoy the video y’all. P.S. Yes I agree Women can do all the exercises.I think people who don’t believe they will start believing that woman do all the exercises.
She’s in great shape, their a lot of exercises that you can do out of the gym. One just has to be creative in their approach to it. I have plenty of similar exercise that I do that doesn’t require any gym of fancy equipment.
The lady in the video really looks like she could kick some butt!

You don’t see many girls doing that sort of workout. In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever seen any girls do that sort of workout.
I really like those explosive jump exercises. They’re super difficult to do. Great for building power and strength.

women at the gym I go to train with more intensity than most of the men.
I’m glad I stumble here at your blog, if I could commit myself in doing the one legged squat that would definitely be beneficial to me. I have lean legs and I’ve decided to to work them out.
