David Letterman has been an icon on the late night scene for years. Is it his sarcastic wit, his gap tooth signature laugh or maybe just those infamous top ten list. Going with the logic of it being the top ten list, I hope to be around for at least half of his tenure. At one point, you couldn’t escape the internet Diggs column top ten list of everything under the sun. Now that the fad has somewhat fizzled out, I am quickly remembering why most people liked them. They are useful and interesting. In the case of today’s video, a top ten list of bodyweight exercises, it is compiled of some very helpful and fundamental movements. Kevin Gianni presents them in his usual energy and informative manner, along with a dash of fun. All of this is why he is a mainstay on youtube and one of the best internet trainers out. I haven’t just posted exercises on my blog for a long time. This blog is where I usually post discussions or documentaries for the most part. Today however, I will post some pull-ups. That’s right, some pull-ups. They are a bit different and I will be giving these a try this summer. I have done some variations close to these, but these are still unique. These have a Ninja Warrior feel to them, if you are familiar with the show. The stabilizing muscles are what really come into play here. Try these out with me and leave your comments on how you like them. If these are really useful, I will post more of them. Enjoy.
