One of the most fundamental parts of the male workout is the pushup. The pushup is probably the most widely performed exercise done worldwide, but this leave many thinking there has to be more exercises to take ones chest to the next level. This video is a perfect example of the many exercises that can be done without the use of a gym or a ton of weights. Personal trainer to the stars, Jeff Cavaliere, does an inspiring chest routine that will define, and more importantly build the entire chest, from top to bottom. I have personally added a few of these exercises to my routine, my favorite being the standing one arm cable chest flies. David Letterman has been an icon on the late night scene for years. Is it his sarcastic wit, his gap tooth signature laugh or maybe just those infamous top ten list. Going with the logic of it being the top ten list, I hope to be around for at least half of his tenure. At one point, you couldn’t escape the internet Diggs column top ten list of everything under the sun. Now that the fad has somewhat fizzled out, I am quickly remembering why most people liked them. They are useful and interesting. In the case of today’s video, a top ten list of bodyweight exercises, it is compiled of some very helpful and fundamental movements. Kevin Gianni presents them in his usual energy and informative manner, along with a dash of fun. All of this is why he is a mainstay on youtube and one of the best internet trainers out. Are You Ready For A Hardcore Circuit?

Most real workout enthusiast will almost always say “hell yeah”. My question would be “are you ready for a Gym Jones circuit workouts”? That may change the response or cause a sudden urgent situation to come up requiring their immediate attendance (yeah right!). These guys probably are the best known hardcore circuit workout crew on the internet. This video is a perfect example of just one aspect of their intensity and dedication to what it is they do.
