Most real workout enthusiast will almost always say “hell yeah”. My question would be “are you ready for a Gym Jones circuit workouts”? That may change the response or cause a sudden urgent situation to come up requiring their immediate attendance (yeah right!). These guys probably are the best known hardcore circuit workout crew on the internet. This video is a perfect example of just one aspect of their intensity and dedication to what it is they do. Most people can, a few times, but probably not as well as this guy. This is truly the essence of Street Workout and what it stands for. This is a guy out in the park, taking full advantage of a beautiful really getting an extreme routine done. These dips are advanced, hell, these are more like acrobatic than anything. The strength level needed to perform these skills is tremendous. He get arms, stomach, shoulders, and strengthens his entire core. Give this video a watch and use it as inspiration on how fitness can be taken to a good extreme.

Push-Ups, The Perfect Chest Exercise?

This is a matter of opinion, but my mind says yes. It can be said by many that without a weighted regimen the chest will only grow so much. This is true, but factoring in the convenience and the variations of the push-up, this to me, outweighs anything that can accomplished by weights. Please don’t get me wrong, I lift weights often, but prefer push-ups any day of the week to any type of bench press. I find the bench press actually not that effective for isolating the chest whereas there are so many push-ups available to isolate specific areas, this makes push-ups better. This is just my 2 cents on this, but it is my blog and I am the King!!! Now that I’m done having my dictatorship moment, enjoy the video.
